OUR CURRENT GROUP CLASSES
Barre - Barre is a low impact, ballet-inspired workout that effortlessly fuses ballet, aerobics, and yoga. Barre sculpts, defines, and transforms the entire physique while simultaneously increases flexibility, decreases body fat, and slims the body’s overall shape. All levels welcome! BYOM (bring your own mat). Bring water. Barefoot is recommended for this class though you can wear grip socks if needed.
FitWomen - With elements of cardio, strength training, and yoga, FitWomen builds a woman’s all-around fitness to be able to meet the demands of daily life! Bring water and a yoga mat. *this class is strictly for women only, thank you for your understanding*
Power Yoga - Power Yoga uses dynamic, flowing yoga and HIIT inspired sequences to burn serious calories while lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Think of it as Yoga with energy, power, and rhythm! Recommended for experienced Yoga/Fitness practitioners. BYOM (bring your own mat). Bring water. This class is NOT heated. Barefoot is recommended for this class though you can wear grip socks if needed.
